Too many Buttered Popcorn jelly beans. I'm not ashamed to admit it: they're my favorite! Juicy Pear is a close second, but seriously. I have 1.5 pounds of popcorn jellies in my room. On my bed, actually... Also! Tananka Take-Out in Tacoma. Ohmagoodness. Sooooooo good. There's nothing else to say. Just GO.
Drinking...
Santa Cruz Organic Limeade. It was only $2.99 for all 946 delicious milliliters. That's, what... $0.003 per milliliter? If that's not a steal, I don't know what is! Side note: My roommate actually read the ingredients to me, yesterday. Turns out there's white grape juice AND lemon juice concentrates in that baby. I probably ought to feel hoodwinked, but it's so yummy that I can't help but forgive after a few sips.
Listening...
To the hum of the vending machine in our cafeteria, and the tap-tappity-tap of my keyboard. My computer is awesome in that respect; the keyboard has the most comforting sounds of any keyboard I've ever heard. Is that weird to notice? It's not the silent stealth keyboard that barely lets your fingers know they hit the key. However, it isn't that annoying clackaty-clack-bang-snap of a big ol' desktop, either. It just has a nice raindrop feel to it. Soothing, I think. As far as actual music goes, though, I've been obsessing slightly over Bright Eyes. Mostly their song "First Day of My Life". It's almost as soothing as my keyboard. Also The Lone Bellow. Absolutely fantastic band. Check it!
Reading...
Not enough. I've attempted to start Catch-22 about 22 times, to no avail. I just can't get past the first page. It's like some weird annoying reader's block. Or something. Other than that, a ton of articles for school, Facebook posts, and blogs about everything not applicable to my life. Like potty training. Of all things! C'mon, Karissa.
Thinking...
About sooooo much. Man. So much. Right now, though, I'm trying convince myself that this blog post is a stupid waste of time and I need to worry about my homework and job applications and tuition and resumes and the starter on my car and all this grown-up stuff. Bleh. But look, I've reached the end! Ha ha. Take that, grown-up stuff! Oh gosh...
