I've had some things on my mind recently, that can't be given due respect in the medium of Facebook.

I have some posts in the queue, but I thought I'd say hello first, before chucking heaps of philosophical ramblings at you! Yes, you're welcome.


Ah, I could explain the name of this here venture! It comes from this quote by Jack Kerouac:

"...the only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars..."

I love it. It reminds me to crush complacency when I sense it rising up in me. Also, it's rather poetic; the imagery is killer!
